Danielle Roos Makes Verbal Commitment to Austin Peay University

May 19, 2008...  Junior all-state midfielder Danielle Roos has committed to NCAA Division I Austin Peay University (TN) to continue her playing career at the collegiate level.  A three year starter for the Titans, Roos was a 2007 2nd Team All-State Selection and 1st Team All-MVAL Conference and Frederick News-Post All-Area selection..

She joins a Austin Peay side that plays in the Ohio Valley Conference and finished the 2007 season with a 7-12-1 record.

A member of the Titans 2005 state championship team, Roos is currently tied for the program's career assist lead with 21.  She has also recorded 10 goals in her carrer and is 7th on the Titans all-time scoring list  She is a member of the 1990 FC Frederick Premier club team.
