MVAL Conference Realligned for the 2009 Season

June 25, 2009...  The Titans 2009 schedule has been released and includes the annual Tuscarora Tournament of Champions, a realligned MVAL Conference, and a combination of familiar and new foes during the non-conference portion of the schedule.

The Titans will once again host the premier Public School Tournament in the state over Labor Day weekend.  This years participants include 9 teams that hold 16 state titles between them.  The Titans will face Reservoir and C. Milton Wright High Schools during the event.  Other participants include Urbana, River Hill, Northern, Quince Orchard, Thomas Johnson, and Linganore.

With the newly realligned MVAL Piedmont conference, the challenge for the Title becomes even more competitive.  While familiar foes Urbana, Thomas Johnson, and Linganore remain, state power Middletown along with Frederick and Walkersville join the fray for what should be an exciting and competitive conference schedule.

The Titans will once again face Baltimore area Private school power John Carroll while adding area opponents St. John's and North Hagerstown to its non-conference schedule.
