  Titan Alumni Prepare for 2009 College Campaigns
Aug 27, 2009...  The 2009 NCAA College season will see a large array of former Titans taking the field.  In all, thirteen Titans from its four graduating classes have moved on to play at the collegiate level.

Class of 2006 -Former Titan All-American, Molly Franklin, moves into her senior season at Clemson University (SC) as a four-year starter in the midfield for the Tigers.  Fellow 2006 graduate and 1st Team All-State selection, Amanda Meehan, is a four-year starter in the back for Loyola University (MD).

Class of 2007 - Junior Jessie Nino has been named a captain for Wesley College.  After leading the conference in scoring as a freshmen, Nino looks to rebound from an injury filled sophomore campaign.  After spending her freshmen year at Towson University (MD), Cami Griffin transferred to Texas Lutheran University (TX) and enters her junior season as a starting midfielder for the Bulldogs.  Rachel Holmes moves into her second year as a member on the Shepherd University (WV) women's team.  After continuing foot ailments and several surgeries that have haunted her since her days as a Titan, former Titan MVP Chrissy Conrad has hung up her boots after two seasons on the Frostburg State University (MD) women's team.

Class of 2008 - Former Titans Team Captain Megan Clementson moves into her sophomore year as a two-year starter at Wilkes University (PA).  Emily Grant, a former All-State midfielder for the Titans, moves into her sophomore year at Vanderbilt University (TN) as a starting midfielder after serving as a part-time starter in her freshmen campaign.  After redshirting her freshmen year,  Former All-State goalkeeper Emmy Simpkins will play for Rutgers University (NJ).

Class of 2009 - All-State midfielder Danielle Roos takes her game to Austin Peay Univeristy (TN) for her freshmen year while Stephanie Andrews joins NCAA Division III National Champion Messiah University (PA).  Selena Mason will continue her playing career at Florida Southern University (FL) while 2-year captain Melissa Sweeney moves on to play at Birmingham Southern University (AL).  Callie Simpkins joins Duke University's (NC) team in the ACC.
